Do you offer a printed catalog?
Our website is our most complete and up-to-date catalog. You can easily browse our full product line
on this website. The website allows us to keep our product line current for the benefit of our customers.
Items are added and removed frequently. Browsing items online also allows you to easily order using our
shopping cart system.
Do you have wholesale pricing?
All of our prices are wholesale or better. We only sell to businesses through this website. We require a Tax Id number
when registering. If your state does not collect sales tax, you can use your Federal Employer's Id (EIN).
We also offer Distributor Pricing for high volume buyers. Call 800.523.3235 if you are a volume buyer and would like
more information about Distributor pricing.
Is my credit card secure when I order?
Our website uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that your credit card transactions
are secure to our server. Once your order is processed, your credit card information is securely
removed from the internet accessible server.
How soon are orders shipped?
We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually
shipped within 24 hours. During the holiday season orders may take 48-72
hours to ship. If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. Once the item arrives back in
stock, we will notify you before shipping your backorder. All
backorders will be cancelled after 30 days; please reorder when the item
arrives in stock. You are not billed for merchandise until it ships.
What are the order minimums?
We sell to businesses only. For orders under $100, a $10 handling fee will be added.
Individual items may also carry a minimum. Single baskets are sold in minimums of six pieces.
Basket sets are sold in minimums of two sets. Closeouts are sold in case lots. The shopping cart system will
automatically adjust to product minimums.
What is your return policy?
Product Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the cost of the freight for the return.
Please call 800.523.3235 for a RMA# within 7 days.
Returns not available on closeout items. Closeout Items Sold As Is.
We cannot accept any responsibility for breakage during shipping. Merchandise travels at the purchaser's risk.
Please unpack and check your shipment promptly upon arrival.
If loss or damage is discovered, notify the delivery agent at once. Do not deduct from our invoice.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are sent Fedex or UPS ground; large orders may be sent motor freight. Orders are shipped the most economical way
for the customer. We can not guarantee delivery times. The image below gives approximate delivery times. Rush orders
can be sent using air shipping; please note air shipping is very expensive. For more information visit our

Can I place my order by phone?
Our website is secure for credit card transactions, but you can also call 800.523.3235 if you prefer to
order by phone. In order for our sales representatives to help you more efficiently, please have access to our website or
have the item numbers you are interested in written down before calling.

All basket measures listed are the outside dimensions.
